Triax C3 for the monitoring of undesired vibration and instantaneous detection and intervention in case of collision

Triax C3 is the new system of the Triax range for:

Vibration monitoring
In order to increase performance by reducing costs and time cycles of production processes, machine tools and robots may exceed the acceleration thresholds set by the manufacturer.
Triax C3, thanks to its broad frequency band, to its measurable acceleration range and to its re-configurability, is the most effective vibration monitoring system, which allows to obtain a safety increase for both machines and users.

Collision Detection
Triax C3 is an advanced instrument to monitor axis acceleration values, allowing effective “collision detection” by means of TPD, FPD, DPD and RMS analyses. This makes the device flexible, allowing the user to discriminate anomalous events, in terms of frequency, duration, intensity, changes over time and of the mean values, from the usual vibrations produced by regular machine operation.

It consists of a sensor and of a control board. The small size of the sensor allows easy installation even on parts of the machine tool not easily accessible.
The sensor transmits the detected and conditioned tri-axial accelerations to the control board, which can be installed inside the control cabinet, by means of a cable up to 30 metres long.The control board is characterised by two input channels, with the possibility of simultaneous management of 2 sensors.
